is due October 12, 2009

be processed on a space-available basis.

receipt, we will send a color brochure with tour conditions and
general travel information.

Full payment and a copy of
your passport is due by January 27, 2010
Your final payment will include
medical insurance up to $250,000 with a $250 deductible. For
pre-existing conditions or for cancellation insurance, contact Double

Roommates: If you
need a roommate, we are usually able to provide one. A fee of $765
may be applied if you are among the last to register and we cannot
provide a roommate for you, so register early. Hotels will allow
up to three people per room, upon request.
Prices are subject to
change due to fluctuation of the US dollar and/or airline fuel surcharges that may be
changed up to the date the non-refundable airline tickets are written.
REFUNDS AND PENALTIES: If
you need to cancel, you must notify Inspired Travel in writing.
All cancellations will be charged a $150 processing fee per person.
Cancellations after November 27, 2009 are charged a $400 penalty. Cancellations after January
27, 2010 are subject to additional
airline, hotel, and tour penalties that may exceed 75% of the tour cost. |
