your passport is due by January 7, 2009
Your final payment will include
medical insurance up to $250,000 with a $250 deductible. For
pre-existing conditions or for cancellation insurance, contact Double
Honor Insurance Services via our web site:
www.inspiredtravel.com.
Roommates: If you
need a roommate, we are usually able to provide one. A fee of $520
may be applied if you are among the last to register and we cannot
provide a roommate for you, so register early. Hotels will allow
up to three people per room, upon request.
Airline prices are based on
estimated rates for March 2009 and may increase. Confirmed
prices will be available June 2008. Prices are subject to
change due to new airline fuel surcharges an/or tax increase that may be
changed up to the date the airline tickets are written.
REFUNDS AND PENALTIES: If
you need to cancel, you must notify Inspired Travel in writing.
All cancellations will be charges $35 processing fee per person.
Cancellations after September 1, 2008 are charged a $135 penalty.
Cancellations after December 5, 2008 are charged a $300 penalty.
Cancellations after January 7, 2009 are subject to additional
airline, hotel, and tour penalties that may exceed 75% of the tour cost. |
